National Tap Dance Day Celebration 2025

Join us as we celebrate tap dance with a FREE tap dance concert at the park.

• Taplife Hero Foundation will celebrate its 9th “National Tap Dance Day” in Queens, NY.

• There is no fee to attend but you may make a donation when getting General Admission tickets if you wish.

• Meet a community leader who will be introduced to the crowd and honored as "Champion for Tap Dance"

• FREE tap classes will be offered throughout the day, led by #Taplife Company Artistic Director and Queens native, Anthony Lo Cascio, for all attendees.

• Performances include:

  • World-renowned tap professionals

  • Tap dance companies

  • Dance studio teachers and students

  • Live family friendly music and DJ Martin Gargulio of MRG Productions

  • Special collaborative performance by Singer/Songwriter Frank Persico and #Taplife Company
